SunSki operates under the umbrella of Canadian-based UpNext Group. Since our inception, we’ve played a role in connecting millions of travelers with vacation rentals, condos, cottages, cabins,and ski homes globally. Sun Ski Resorts features properties sourced from our partners (or directly from owners), directing traffic to their respective websites. Presently, we don’t offer direct booking capabilities on our platform; instead, we guide travelers back to our partners to complete transactions securely. Our aim is to simplify the accommodation search process for travelers, enable price comparisons across platforms, and contribute to creating enduring travel memories.

To modify your reservation, kindly visit the website of the partner through whom you made the booking. As an affiliate service, we aggregate numerous travel platforms for convenient searching. However, we do not have access to your reservation details. Please refer to your email for reservation specifics to identify the partner site you booked through. As we do not facilitate direct bookings on our platform, we regretfully cannot assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, or changes.

We feature properties from our partners, which include various online travel agents (OTAs) and direct distribution via channel managers who extend their inventory to platforms like ours and the broader UpNext Group network. It’s probable that you consented to this added distribution when you signed up for their services. We redirect all our visitors either to our partners or directly to the websites of property owners. We do not facilitate bookings directly on our platform. Our role is to assist partners in promoting their inventory, increasing travel sales, and minimizing unbooked nights. Listing on our network incurs no additional costs.

If your property has been removed from a partner’s site, it’s possible that we still have a cached listing or are in the process of removing it from our website. Eventually, it will be unpublished from our network of sites. If you wish to expedite its removal, please contact us, and we’ll explore how we can assist.

The listings on our website are supplied by our partners. If you’re listed with one of our partners, your property may appear on our site, providing additional exposure. Currently, there’s no cost to list on SunSki.

If you still wish to remove your property, you may need to contact the customer service of the listing partner(s) where your property is listed. However, if you want your property removed solely from our site, you can send us the link to your property on our website at support@sun-ski.com.

SunSki features properties from our partners and a curated group of online travel vendors. We’re in the process of implementing functionality that will enable direct listings via specific channel managers, expanding our property network further. Each property featured on our website is accompanied by a comprehensive listing. These listings typically comprise photos, amenities, property policies, and more. This information is sourced from our partners, directly from property managers/owners themselves, or from online resources providing details about the property from various channels. Additionally, it may include insights gleaned from image analysis, the property’s neighborhood, or similar units within the same vicinity. However, SunSki assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of this information. While we strive for accuracy, if you have specific questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out directly to the property owner via the website we refer you to.

We aim to display accurate pricing for each property, reflecting the lowest nightly rate we’ve identified. For the most precise pricing, please enter your date range and search for the property. You’ll then be directed to the partner’s or property owner’s website to confirm the exact pricing. We’re also developing functionality to locate the best price across multiple websites for your chosen property. Stay tuned as we enhance this feature.

This score assesses various factors to evaluate all properties based on sustainability criteria. We believe in promoting properties with commendable environmental and sustainability practices. If we identify a property with such practices, we prioritize it higher in our search results compared to others. By boosting the visibility of these properties, we hope to increase their bookings and influence behavior positively, even by a small degree... by ’one degree,’ so to speak. While not flawless, this initiative reflects our dedication to fostering more sustainable travel.
